With more than thirty years in the staffing industry, Tim Fischer has had many opportunities to see the impact of effective leadership and how it drives the culture and profitability of an organization. Several of his teams have been recognized as industry leaders.  

Tim currently serves as President of Jackson + Coker, one of the largest physician staffing firms in the country. Tim is known for his personal touch and infusing emotional intelligence into J+C’s business strategy. Prior to his current role, he served as president of Medical Doctor Associates, part of Cross-Country Healthcare. He’s also held leadership roles in the industry with RCG Global Services and IMI Systems.

Tim attended the United States Air Force Academy and is a graduate of Culver-Stockton College. He is a member of the Illinois High School Basketball Hall of Fame.
